Our Jump Schedule

Three Times a Week

We currently jump on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. We will resume jumping on Saturday mornings in Spring 2023.

Saturday location varies, so please check our website, Instagram or FaceBook Group for an updated schedule each month.

✨ Knee brace or KT tape

✨ Water bottle (water is NOT provided)

Edison Senior HS Parking Lot

📍5801 Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA 22310

🗓️ Wednesdays from 7pm - 8pm

🔸 We jump in the senior parking lot.

If you're facing the front of the building, we're to the left.
